The hotel had good staff service and a decent environment. the menu had reasonable prices and there was a variety of breakfast options. They provided free tuk-tuk rides to the city center, which was about a 15-20 minute walk away.

Tidy room with a lot of space. Even the Angkor International airport was not so far.
Nothing not to love.

The nearby restaurant, Spring Cafe, was as close as 600 feet from the hotel. I totally recommend this venue and would like to go back there again. Fantastic services. Location, a short walk to all attractions...

I am so glad I chose Villa Kiara for our wedding anniversary. It was the best choice we've made. I only mentioned as a small note that we're celebrating our anniversary and we may need a nice room and we were upgraded to a Suite, with wonderful bedding arrangment of flowers in heart shape with our names and everytihng, not to mention a bottle of champagne and fruit basket as complimentary and so on. The staff was very very friendly, well-trained and very professional. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices to choose from and freshly made. The pool was excellent especiaally after a day trip to the temples. The tuk-tuk service is very convenience to take us to town and back. They also have in-house massage service on a nice wooden house which is perfect to sooth the mood. Table tennis, pool table, and bar by the pool is also a plus if you go a bit bored. I will surely return to this wonderful place. Thank you so much for having us.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We had an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place is very quiet and worked well for us and our kids (8y + 5y). During parts of our stay there were no other guests. However the hotel offered its full facilities to us. It really felt like beeing treated as VIPs. Many thanks to Villa Kiara staff team.
Only negative point I could think of is the hotel location of about 2 km to Siem Reap central area (= where all the other tourists are). However the hotel compensates for this offering a Tuc-Tuc shuttle service to town. So it was no real problem for us.

The hotel is a 5 min drive from the centre of town but they lay on free tuk-tuks which will drop you off and pick you up. The pool is gorgeous - it has 8 sun loungers and two raised 'double beds' with muslin drapes. We had it to ourselves for the whole day Saturday! Breakfast was included in the room rate and was fantastic and plenty of it. The restaurant food was also good, even if the portions weren't huge. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check out late as noone was arriving to our room. We stayed there so I could run in the Angkor Wat half marathon and it was just what we needed - calm, relaxing and comfortable. It said 'Welcome John' in grass stems on the bed when we arrived! They even gave me a free T-shirt to commemorate my participation in the race! A red baize pool table by the pool too! Our room was a tiny bit dark but otherwise immaculate. Overall - faultless!!
Room a little dark

Loved the peaceful atmosphere, great staff, and free tuk-tuk rides. The hotel had a lot of greens and garden which made it relaxing. We also liked that the hotel had tuk-tuk rides for the guests and the staff were always willing to assist. The breakfast provided was also delicious with a wide selection of western and khmer foods.

Villa Kiara has a lovely pool and garden, perfect for relaxing in after a day at the Angkor Temples. The hotel is a 5 min tuk tuk ride from the restaurant area in Siem Reap, the hotel provides free tuk tuk's to take you to and pick you up from there, so you get to enjoy the town which is lovely, but can be noisy, and also enjoy the quiet of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Charming hotel with excellent staff. They speak very good English and arrange for you everything. Restaurant is good but fairly overpriced compared to eating in town. Hotel is a bit more fad away from city center but the hotel provides free tuk-tuk service. On the other hand, due to location it is excellent for relaxing.

This hotel offers a great service from their friendly staff who are always willing to help. the location is not in the middle of the busy city, which is perfect for those who want a peaceful stay. Free tuk-tuk service is available to take you to the city center, and the bicycles are free to use. the breakfast is delicious and offers many options for everyone. the big rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surroundings.
We encountered some issues with the speed of the food service during dinner.

1. Wonderful location 2. Unusual, great service 3.The perfect place away from the noise of the tourist district 4. Nice pool, good breakfast, great music, full relax 5. Free transportation from the airport, transportation from the hotel to the center and back. 6.Most important: the owners support the education of poor children and give them work. People with a mission.
